Hi! :) I’m Lauren. I have 18 years of experience in the gym and have been a full time Personal Trainer for the last 6 years. I continuously feel lucky to be able to follow my passion in fitness. My goal has always been to teach my clients proper technique in weightlifting while encouraging them to push outside their comfort zone to become a stronger version of themselves.
While working in gyms over the years with my clients, I realized there are so many people who would like to workout at home but don't know where to start or struggle to find the motivation to get their workouts in. This is what has led me to pursue in home and online training. Lets get started!

I come train you in your space and bring equipment - $95/hr
You come train in my space - $85/hr
Online Training - $75/hr
Training Programs - $160/8-12 weeks
